Turkey Avocado Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
  • prewashed spring mixor other lettuce/salad blend
  • Sliced Cooked Deli Turkey
  • 1/2 Ripe Haas Avocadocut lengthwise into two parts/quarters
  • 1/4cup YumTee Cranberry Mix
  • Dressing(of your choice)
Instructions
  1. Fill a lunch-sized container with spring mix or other lettuce blend.
  2. Top one half of the lettuce with shredded turkey.
  3. Thinly slice one quarter of a ripe Haas avocado with the peel still on
  4. Carefully peel back the peel, much like you would peel a banana
  5. Fan out the slices and top the salad opposite the turkey
  6. Repeat this step with the other quarter of the avocado
  7. Take a handful of YumTee Cranberry Mix and pile it as a “border” between the turkey and avocado
  8. Top with dressing
  9. Cover container
  10. Kiss hubby goodbye!
