Turkey Avocado Cranberry Salad
prewashed spring mix
or other lettuce/salad blend
Sliced Cooked Deli Turkey
Ripe Haas Avocado
cut lengthwise into two parts/quarters
YumTee Cranberry Mix
(of your choice)
Fill a lunch-sized container with spring mix or other lettuce blend.
Top one half of the lettuce with shredded turkey.
Thinly slice one quarter of a ripe Haas avocado with the peel still on
Carefully peel back the peel, much like you would peel a banana
Fan out the slices and top the salad opposite the turkey
Repeat this step with the other quarter of the avocado
Take a handful of YumTee Cranberry Mix and pile it as a “border” between the turkey and avocado
Top with dressing
