Stuffed Mushrooms

I used to think that stuffed mushrooms were fancy and difficult to make. If you were ever under the same impression, then this recipe will surely change your mind! This recipe takes about 10 minutes to prep and 15 minutes to cook. They are garlicky, salty and all kinds of yummy! Enjoy them! (You can leave out the Parmesan to make them Pareve.)

Ingredients
  • 12 Baby Bella Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Pereg Extra Crunchy Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425F degrees
  2. Wash Mushrooms and remove stems
  3. Chop stems into tiny pieces. Combine in a bowl with cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  4. Stuff the caps of the mushrooms so there is a rounded mound of filling coming up from the cap.
  5. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 425F degrees.
