Ingredients
  • 1cup Pereg Whole Grain Wheat Berries
  • 3cups Water
  • 1/2tsp Saltor more, to taste
spices
  • 3/4 cup Taaruvat Habayit L’orez Peirot Yevashim
  • 1/4cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/4cup raw pumpkin seeds
Instructions
  1. Cook wheat berries (shown here) according to package directions. Set timer for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes of simmering, add seeds. Stir.
  3. Add fruited spice blend from Machane Yehuda (raw mixture shown here). Stir.
  4. Continue to simmer another 15 minutes until liquid is completely absorbed.
