Neapolitan Pereg Quinoa Pop Treats

Do you want to get your kids to try quinoa without them knowing? Make this delicious, no bake, quick treat for them! This is the perfect snack to have around for kids.  It’s low in fat and even has some protein from the quinoa. Shhh, just don’t tell the kids 😉

Ingredients
  • 13 oz Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 cup each Strawberry, Vanilla, and Chocolate Pereg Quinoa Pops
  • 3 Tbsp margarine

Instructions
  1. Grease a 9x9” dish and set aside
  2. Heat margarine and Fluff in a saucepan over medium low heat, stirring constantly until it becomes a pourable consistency. (This step can also be done in the microwave in a microwave-safe dish if desired. Stop and stir the mixture periodically during the cook time to ensure the Fluff and margarine are fully combined and pourable.)
  3. Put Pops in a large bowl
  4. Once the Fluff-margarine mixture becomes pourable, pour over the pops in the bowl. Mix together till combined.
  5. Transfer mixture into the greased 9x9” dish, cover and set aside to cool and harden.
  6. Once hardened (about an hour) cut into squares and enjoy!
