Ingredients
  • 1 carton Rich's whip defrosted under warm water and whipped until soft peaks form
  • 2 3.5 oz bars dairy white chocolate broken into pieces
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
Servings: people
Instructions
  1. Whip the Rich's whip with an electric beater on high, or according to package instructions, until soft peaks form.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, break up the white chocolate bars into small squares. Add the butter.
  3. Microwave uncovered for 20 seconds at a time, stirring to blend ingredients. Repeat until chocolate is thoroughly melted and combined with butter.
  4. Spoon the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream and beat on low until fully blended.
  5. Transfer the mousse to a decorating bag and snip the tip. A large ziploc bag with the bottom corner snipped can work, as well
  6. Pipe desired amount of mousse into glass cups, mini mason jars or...perhaps into your patient child's mouth...
  7. Garnish with cocoa, curled chocolate, berries of any kind. Or a spoon. Garnish it with a spoon, and then just eat it!
