Miso Teriyaki Salmon and Broccoli

One thing that helps me get dinner on the table quickly is by having it prepped in the morning (or when I’m being extra organized, the night before). I put the salmon slices in a ziploc bag, pour on the marinade, and let it sit in the fridge all day while I’m at work. When I come home, all I need to do is put it on a sheet pan with the broccoli and pop it  in  the oven for 20 minutes, and dinner is served! The Miso Teriyaki mix makes this salmon so full of Umami and deliciousness! Let me know how you like it!
