Walking through Evergreen Kosher Supermarket in Monsey, NY, one can expect to find great quality products and incredible cuts of meat. So when I saw this gorgeous looking rack of ribs laying there calling my name, I just couldn’t resist! Especially, being the Shabbos before Super Bowl Sunday and with all the hype around it, how could I not make ribs for Shabbos?
This is a simple, but great recipe that will make the meat fall off the bones. The concept is: marinate the meat with the rub for 4 hours or overnight , put it on a low heat for 2.5 hours in your oven, and grill for the last 30 minutes or until the meat looks caramelized. Perfecto! You now have ribs that have an awesome grill flavor that just melts in your mouth! Bon Appetite!
