Ingredients
  • 3 Zucchini Medium
  • 1 cup No Sugar Added marinara sauce or more if desired
  • 4 oz Shredded mozzarella or more if desired
  • Parmesan cheese Optional

Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 350F
  2. Shred zucchini using a Zoodle maker on to a parchment lined cookie sheet
  3. Pour marinara sauce over Zoodles to coat
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese to cover the top
  5. Add parmesan cheese
  6. Bake Zoodles for 7-10 minutes
