Jay’s Famous Hot Pepper Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 medium poblano peppers
  • 2 Jalapeno peppers
  • 1-2 small red chilies
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. Slice peppers in half and remove seeds.
  3. peal garlic
  4. place peppers and garlic in an oven safe pan
  5. drizzle olive oil over peppers and garlic
  6. sprinkle on salt and pepper
  7. roast at 375 for about 25 minutes
  8. remove from oven and let cool
  9. Blend roasted peppers and garlic with mayonnaise in food processor
