Garlic & Brie Mushrooms

Who doesn’t love challenge? I sure do! So when my wife showed me a Natural & Kosher Brie cheese, she asked what can you make with this that is interesting. Challenge is on! As I was shopping in Evergreen Kosher Supermarket, I noticed these gorgeous looking mushrooms and that is when I remembered a recipe I once saw and decided to see if I can recreate it. It incorporates two of my favorite foods, Garlic and Mushrooms. What can be better?

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 lbs Baby Mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 4 oz Brie diced, with casing removed
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender and release their liquids, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute until it becomes fragrant.
  4. Add the broth and brie and cook until the brie has melted
  5. Season with salt & pepper according to your taste.
