Easy Banana Oats Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 Banana Overripe
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup Coco Quinoa Pops I used Pereg Quinoa Pops Cereal- Coco Flavor
Servings: pieces
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Mash Banana until a liquid consistency
  3. Mix in oats and Quinoa Pops until well combined
  4. Scoop out 1 tablespoon sized spoon onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes or until it becomes firm
  6. Enjoy!
