Chocolate Chip Banana Pancakes

There’s nothing like making pancakes for your family on a lazy Sunday morning. Using Pereg’s Banana flour makes these pancakes taste like delicious and moist banana bread, without ever having to peel a banana!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pereg Banana Flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup Sugar or less if you dont want it very sweet
  • 2 Eggs
  • sprinkling of cinnamon
  • pinch of Salt
  • chocolate chips

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, till smooth
  2. Heat pan, put in a little oil to coat.
  3. Use a 1/4 cup measuring spoon to scoop up batter, drop the batter in the pan, make sure to have enough space so they don't touch each other.
  4. When the batter begins to bubble, the pancakes are ready to flip. If you are adding chocolate chips, put them on the batter before you flip.
  5. Let cook for another minute on the other side and enjoy!
