Breakfast for Dinner
whole wheat bread
low fat milk
drained and diced
washed and diced
Stir the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and milk together in a large enough bowl that the bread will fit in
heat a large skillet with some Pam spray (or butter if you like)
dip the bread into the egg mixture till coated, not totally saturated
put the bread in the pan and cook on each side till browned and egg mixture is cooked through.
Cut up the fruit and mix together. I like to do this before cooking the french toast so the fruit has time to marinate together.
