Breakfast for Dinner
Ingredients
  • 1loaf whole wheat bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2cups low fat milk
Fruit Salad
  • 1can mandarin orangesdrained
  • 1can peachesdrained and diced
  • 2 Applesdiced
  • strawberrieswashed and diced
Instructions
  1. Stir the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and milk together in a large enough bowl that the bread will fit in
  2. heat a large skillet with some Pam spray (or butter if you like)
  3. dip the bread into the egg mixture till coated, not totally saturated
  4. put the bread in the pan and cook on each side till browned and egg mixture is cooked through.
Fruit Salad
  1. Cut up the fruit and mix together. I like to do this before cooking the french toast so the fruit has time to marinate together.
