The name says it all! If you want a man to eat salad, it must contain MEAT. In this case, it has grilled A & H Salami. This salad has enough spice, color and crunch to convince a man that a low carb dinner may actually be temping
prewashed spring mix
ripe avocado, diced
sliced purple cabbage
A & H salami, sliced thinly
SUGAR FREE CAESAR DRESSING (serves more than 4)
frozen minced garlic (or 2 tsp. garlic powder)
Line up the salami slices on a preheated grill on full heat until they sizzle and have crisp, charred edges, about 5-7 minutes per side.
PREPARE THE SALAD
While the salami is grilling, assemble the salad starting with the spring mix and adding a layer of sliced purple cabbage. Arrange the diced avocadoes around the perimeter of the platter.
ADD THE SALAMI
Top the salad with the grilled salami, and drizzle the caesar dressing over the top in a zigzag pattern.
