second cut brisket or top of the rib roast
12 oz bottle
hard cider or apple ale
16 oz can
jellied cranberry sauce
Pre heat oven to 300
Combine all spices together and generously sprinkle on both sides of the meat.
Combine apple cider and cranberry sauce .Place meat in a baking dish, pour sauce over the meat. Cover tightly and cook for 3 hours.
Cool before slicing against the grain.
