2 Ingredient Cranberry Apple Brisket
  • 3lb second cut brisket or top of the rib roast
  • 12 oz bottle hard cider or apple ale
  • 16 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1 TBSP Kosher Salt
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  1. Pre heat oven to 300
  2. Combine all spices together and generously sprinkle on both sides of the meat.
  3. Combine apple cider and cranberry sauce .Place meat in a baking dish, pour sauce over the meat. Cover tightly and cook for 3 hours.
  4. Cool before slicing against the grain.
