Breakfast for Dinner

Meals in our house are usually simple and always cost effective. I had an extra loaf of bread in the freezer and what seemed like a million dozen eggs in the fridge. So when I made my meal plan for the week, I wanted to incorporate these extras that we had on hand. I decided to make french toast, a family favorite, accompanied by a fruit salad.
